“I don’t take a photograph, I Capture a Moment, The Decisive Moment”. Henri Cartier-Bresson photographer of Magnum Photos . "Photography is not like painting," Cartier-Bresson told The Washington Post in 1957. "There is a creative fraction of a second when you are taking a picture. Your eye must see a composition or an expression that life itself offers you, and you must know with intuition when to click the camera. That is the moment the photographer is creative," he said. "Oop! The Moment! Once you miss it, it is gone forever."

Reportage style company portraits
Commissioned by Tees Valley Community Foundation to photograph the team at the office. Rather than photograph individuals looking at the camera, the idea here is to capture team members as they work and engage in conversation. Using available light and a 200 mm lens at f2.8, I am able to photograph the subjects unobtrusively.
